About Me

"Empty you mind. Be formless, shapeless--like water. You put water into a cup...It becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle...It becomes the bottle. You put it into a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Now water can flow, or it can crash...Be water my friend, be water." - Bruce Lee

What is up with this site?

Hello, first off I want to welcome you to my site. This site has various topics of interest, from the classic Neo-Geo and the emptiness that is Black Metal, to the legendary Shaq-Fu...This site has it all. If after browsing this site of awesomeness you are still unsatisfied, any and all complaints can be faulted on your part. Just kidding :P

Question of the Week

Each week I will be posting a "Question of the Week" in the form of a math question. These questions will begin within the area of basic non-partial differential equations (DE). As we move further in the "Question of the Week" we will be building off of prior questions and eventually continue moving into higher fields of mathematics beyond partial differential equations. Have fun and think free!

*UPDATE*
Due to the inconsistant method of "building off of prior questions" in order to move into "higher fields of mathematics," I am going to now be providing a more indepth look at the solution to each "Question of the Week" starting this week (10/10/2004) in the attempt to create a more stable and smooth transition to the many forms that encompass the DE.

Question of the Week: What is the value of y(2) for the initial value problem y'+y=[1+cos^(2)x]^(1/2), y(1)=4?

Solution
